What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to your specific product requirements and other market factors. We will provide our professional advice and send you an official offer after your company contacts us for further information and provides technical specifications.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Product, Insurance, Certificate of Origin, and other export documents where required by the importing country.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept 30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the 70% balance paid by irrevocable L/C or by T/T against copy of the Bill of Lading.

What is the product warranty?

Our guarantee period is 12 months from machine start-up. The guarantee does not cover defects and failures caused by the buyer, or consumption goods and vulnerable wear parts.

What services does your company offer?

Pre-Sales: Quotation and engineering consulting support. Factory visit and client operating facility checking.

After-Sales: Training on machine installation and operation. Overseas engineer service available for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery?

Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging designed to protect precision mechanical and electrical components during ocean and air freight. We can coordinate with freight forwarders for insurance and customs documentation.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally 2–3 months, depending on the product specification and order quantity. We will include the exact delivery schedule in the official offer for your project.
