Application

To produce high quality flux cored welding wire, it is necessary to have cleaning process for inlet strip.

With many years experience and innovation, we developed the high efficiency cleaning line for carbon and stainless steel strips. The cleaning line consists of chemical cleaning tank with ultrasonic vibration, hot water cleaning tank and hot air drying tank.

There are guiding rollers inside of each tank that can make the strip stay longer in the tank for better cleaning result. Both the soap solution and hot water are circular run between the working tank and storage tank.

The hot air sourced from the hot water tank and using the heat from the water tank that no need any additional heating energy. All of tanks are made of high grade stainless steel with rigid structure. The guiding rollers can be lifted up and press down that easy for customer to strip threading.

There is separate electrical cabinet for the cleaning line machines and could show the temperature and working status.

The surface of strip after cleaning process will be bright without any rust and oil. During the forming process, there will be oil lubrication device for smooth forming process purpose.
