The equipment is designed to handle two main ranges: smaller wire sizes from 0.8mm to 1.6mm, and larger wire sizes from 2.0mm to 3.2mm.
For smaller wire sizes (0.8mm-1.6mm), the coiling speed can reach up to a maximum of 15m/s, while larger wires (2.0mm-3.2mm) coil at speeds of 2.5m/s to 3m/s.
The system features reliable Siemens PLC controls with an easily adjustable coiling size interface on a touch screen. The drum sizes, capacity, and wire arrangement types can all be customized according to customer specifications.
The standard delivery includes an 800mm spool type active payoff machine, a tension unit with dancer rollers, an inverted vertical drum packaging machine, an electrical control system, a weighing device, and a drum platform equipped with a safety guard.
The machinery is designed with a rigid structural body, built-in safety guards, and a dedicated drum platform with a safety guard to ensure safe operational environments.
