The manufacturing process begins with a raw wire rod (typically ER70S-6 or SG2 steel chemistry, 5.5mm diameter). The surface oxide scale must be completely removed. We provide a mechanical descaling system featuring high-velocity bending pulleys followed by belt-sanding or high-efficiency wire brushing. This eliminates acidic waste streams, reducing environmental permitting overheads for Bulgarian businesses. Next, an inline Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine uses hot water with minimal detergent to wash off remaining lubricants and iron powder before drawing.
Our drawing benches are engineered to reduce wire cross-section uniformly down to final sizes like 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, or 1.6mm.
