They are different structures and working principles but same mount position and functions.

For the rolling cassette, there are totally 8 rollers mounted inside of the cassette, when the wire passes through the central hole, the roller will press the wire horizontally and vertically to make it round with smaller size. Without any lubricant powder, the rolling cassette will be more friendly to the environment. Customer only needs to add the lubrication grease for the bearings.

Rolling Cassette

For the rolling cassette, there are totally 8 rollers mounted inside of the cassette, when the wire passes through the central hole, the roller will press the wire horizontally and vertically to make it round with smaller size.

Without any lubricant powder, the rolling cassette will be more friendly to the environment. Customer only needs to add the lubrication grease for the bearings.

Drawing Die Box

For the drawing die box, there are two chambers that one for lubrication powder, another for drawing die. The wire will be passed through the powder chamber and the powder will be coated on the wire surface for wire easier passing the further drawing die.

Due to the lubricant powder, there will be some dust during the drawing process.

Flux Cored Welding Wire Application: To produce the flux cored welding wire, it is better to have one drawing die box for the last drawing process to get the better roundness final wire for the next high precision layer rewinding machine. The better roundness wire will be arranged well on the spool of the layer rewinding machine without any wire disordered.

Design Advantage: Our own designed rolling cassette could have same working performance with the European device. Also, we improved our rolling cassette with easier adjustment that do not need complicated process and too many tools. Customer could control the roller gap and roller position by meters on the cassette.
