Different models of drawing machines are offered with various diameters of drawing block, the quantity and diameter of drawing block will be suggested according to the inlet welding wire size and outlet welding wire size.
The drawing machine could have further production for the formed strip and make it into specific diameter of final wire. Both die box type and rolling cassette type are workable for the drawing machine.
All of drawing blocks are tungsten carbide treated on the surface to guarantee at least three years working life.
Our own designed rolling cassettes are reliable for producing flux cored welding wires and easy to be adjusted. There will be 8 pcs rolls inside of the cassette with horizontal and vertical mounted. Customer could adjust the rolls position by some simple tools, the rolls are made of hard alloy that could have 4000 tons working life.
The traditional die box or rotating die box can be optional for customers.
The drawing machine can be connected with the forming machine or can be separately for higher running speed. Normally, we put rough drawing machine after the forming line to produce semi finished products and collected on 800mm spool take-up, then another fine drawing machine will be used separately to get the final size of wire with the speed up to 20m/s.
It is very important to guarantee the tension of the welding wire during drawing process especially for the small size wires. In this case, we used sensitive dancer arms for tension controlling. All dancer arms working surface coated with ceramic to have better wear resistance. Customer could also check the detailed tension for each drawing process on the touch screen.
The final drawn wire will be collected on the 800mm spools that can be used on further pail packaging machine or high precision layer rewinding machine.
All of the electrical elements are from international famous brand like SIEMENS motors and drivers, Schneider buttons and relays, SIEMENS PLC and touch screen. Customer could check the working conditions or production mission records from touch screen directly.
