Beijing Orient Pengsheng Tech. Co., Ltd can supply different kinds of layer rewinding machine for welding wires. Both flux cored welding wires and solid wires can be processed by our own designed rewinding machine.

The layer rewinding line consists of the 800mm spool pay-off, tension machine, main rewinding machine and electrical cabinet. Also, we have the semi automation rewinding machine that no need to mount or dismount the reels by manual. There will be mechanical arm instead of the workers for operating.

Nowadays, more and more our customers required the full automation layer rewinding machine that without any workers during rewinding process. We also designed it and supplied hundreds of full auto rewinding line for our welding wire customers. The line could have higher speed up to 30m/s and do not need any workers for mounting the payoff spool or take-up reels, the advanced smart PLC system will control the mechanism for all process.

It is crucial to have tight and smooth rewind coil without any disordered wire. The machine could test the circle numbers for each coil layer. When the wire weight reaches to the set data, the machine will stop automatically.

There is a group of dancer arm between the payoff and take-up for the tension control. When the wire broken happened, the sensor will detect it and machine will immediately stopped.
