High accuracy servo motor driven powder feeding system could make the filling ratio changeable, there is special conical structure inside of powder glass to guarantee the uniform falling quantity every time.

There is encoder mounted on the machine to monitor the actual running speed of strip. The powder feeding speed will be synchronized with the strip speed according to the setting filling ratio. When there is no powder, the machine will alarm and stop automatically.

Multi functions touch screen and reliable SIEMENS PLC makes the easier operation comes true. Customer can set some basic data on touch screen and our PLC logical program will control the machine run accordingly.
