We accept a 30% deposit in advance via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), with the remaining 70% balance paid via irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or via T/T against the presentation of copy bills of lading. Alternative financing terms can be discussed during formal contract negotiations.
What is the standard warranty period for your machines?
Our standard warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning at the customer's facility. The warranty covers structural defects and material failures under normal operation. It does not cover wear parts, consumables, or damage caused by improper operator maintenance.
