What are your prices?
Our prices are subject to the specific requirements of the product configuration, line throughput capacities, level of automation, and other market factors. We will provide professional advice and send you an official offer after your company contacts us with detailed processing requirements.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes. We provide comprehensive documentation packages, including:

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the remaining 70% balance payable by irrevocable L/C at sight, or by T/T against the presentation of the bill of lading (B/L) copies.
What is the product warranty?
Our standard guarantee period is 12 months from machine startup. The guarantee does not cover defects and failures caused by improper handling by the buyer, or normal wear and tear on consumables and vulnerable parts (such as drawing dies, slitting blades, and welding electrodes).

Yes. We always use high-quality export packaging, including heavy-duty wooden crates, anti-corrosion barrier wraps, and structural steel reinforcement inside the shipping containers to prevent shifting during maritime transit.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally, the standard lead time is 2 to 3 months, depending on the machine type and order volume. Detailed delivery schedules are provided within each formal offer.
