What payment terms do you support?
We generally accept a 30% deposit in advance by T/T to initiate engineering design and material procurement, and the remaining 70% balance via an irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) prior to shipment.
What is the standard warranty period and coverage scope?
Our standard guarantee period is 12 months from the date of machine startup or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first. The guarantee covers defects in materials and manufacturing. It does not cover wear parts (such as drawing dies, cutting blades, and rolling belts) or damage caused by improper operation or neglect.
