Solid CO2 welding wire line utilizes raw steel wire rods that undergo mechanical descaling, drawing, and direct inline copper coating followed by spooled packing. Flux-cored wire (FCW) lines must slit steel strip rolls, form the strip into a channel profile, feed chemical flux powder uniformly, seal the tube via forming rollers (butt or overlap seam), and draw to final diameter without losing powder uniformity. We specialize in both systems.
