Explore our industrial grade machinery engineered to provide maximum throughput and micro-tension control consistency.
Beijing Orient Pengsheng Tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. However, our engineering legacy spans more than 20 years in the design and fabrication of state-of-the-art flux cored welding wire manufacturing machines. Backed by solid European technical cooperation and localized system optimization, we have built a comprehensive portfolio of proprietary technology, manufacturing facilities, and executive management systems in this highly specialized industrial sector.
Our mission remains absolute: supplying automated Flux Cored Wire (FCW) production lines and standalone packaging systems integrated with cutting-edge PLC systems and high-torque mechanical linkages, ensuring consistent spooling and boxing at peak operational output.
A combination of precise engineering, premium parts sourcing, and responsive service allows us to lead global manufacturing markets.
We leverage advanced mechanical engineering platforms. The critical, high-precision manufacturing components and core controls are directly imported from top-tier European partners, guaranteeing maximum accuracy and mechanical longevity.
With hundreds of active lines deployed globally, we have field-tested our systems in diverse environments. From heavy dry docks to custom consumables factories, our machinery delivers uniform results under nonstop shifts.
Our technicians are university-educated specialists with vast field experience. Whether you require structural plant consultation, on-site commissioning, operator training, or rapid spare-parts deployment, we ensure minimal downtime.
Modern industrial welding relies heavily on Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) because of its high deposition rates, excellent weld joint quality, and adaptability to outdoor wind conditions. However, the performance of flux-cored welding wire is highly dependent on how well it is manufactured and packaged. Unlike solid carbon steel wires, flux-cored wires are constructed with a tubular metal sheath holding a granular flux core. This structural composition makes the wire susceptible to cross-sectional deformation, moisture infiltration, and mechanical kinking if it is wound or packaged incorrectly.
Winding flux cored wire requires extreme control. Solid wire can withstand high tension forces, but excess tension on flux cored wire will stretch the outer steel sheath, altering the wire diameter and squeezing out the internal flux. Conversely, too little winding tension leads to loose wraps, wire tangles during fast feeding, and production stops at the end-user's welding station.
Our Flux Cored Welding Wire Packaging Systems resolve these issues using sensitive electromagnetic tension feedback loops and dynamic dancers. These systems maintain wire tension within a very tight tolerance (±0.5N) during drum packing or spool spooling, protecting the wire's structure and roundness.
Packaging needs differ significantly depending on the local climate and industrial applications:
As a leading manufacturer in Beijing, China, Orient Pengsheng Tech utilizes a robust regional industrial supply chain. We manufacture structural frames, control cabinets, and heavy rollers locally to manage costs, while sourcing precise electrical components (like Siemens PLCs, ABB motors, and Schneider electronics) globally. This combination allows us to deliver high-quality, durable equipment at competitive prices.
Our future designs focus on digitalization and automation for smart factories. Key development goals include:
We build individual specialized units and comprehensive lines to handle every stage of flux-cored wire production.
Slits wide raw steel coils into precise, narrow strips suitable for forming cored wire sheaths.
Removes residual oils, dirt, and oxide layers from steel strips to ensure weld deposit purity.
Rolls the steel strip into a U-shape, fills it with precise amounts of flux powder, and closes the seam.
Draws the formed wire down to its final diameter using straight-line wire drawing blocks.
Coils cored wire into heavy cardboard drums with clean, twist-free patterns for high-volume feeding.
Winds wire onto spools with precise, side-by-side layering to prevent overlaps and tangles.
Includes powder mixing, heating ovens, and vibrating meshes to prepare high-quality flux core mixtures.
Provides clean strip and wire butt welding to enable continuous, uninterrupted manufacturing cycles.
Our commitment to rigorous testing and documentation helps our equipment meet strict global industrial and safety regulations.
Every step of our design, assembly, testing, and shipping process follows strict quality checks to ensure reliable machine construction and performance.
COMPLIANCE VERIFIEDOur machines meet CE electrical, mechanical, and safety requirements. They feature complete safety enclosures, interlocks, and emergency stop systems.
CE CERTIFICATE INCLUDEDWe build moisture-resistant features directly into our packaging systems. This helps protect wires from rusting during transit and long-term storage.
VCI PROTECTED PACKAGINGWe appreciate the trust our global customers place in us, including many in Western Europe and the Americas. Our engineering team designs custom production lines, spooling machinery, and packaging units to fit specific space limits, factory layouts, and output requirements.
Over the past few years, we have supplied more than 150 complete flux-cored welding wire production lines to customers in over 10 countries. This global experience helps us design systems that operate reliably in different production environments.
