Explore our industrial-grade welding wire production machines built to European technical standards.
Beijing Orient Pengsheng Tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. However, we have more than 20 years experience with flux cored welding wire manufacturing machines. With our European technical cooperator support and our innovation, we already build our own technology & know-how, manufacturing facilities and management in this field. We dedicate to supply the FCW machines with the latest technology and the best quality.
By integrating European machinery principles with dynamic local supply chains, we enable steel wire and welding consumable manufacturers to deploy robust production configurations that outperform standard alternatives. Our target is the optimization of raw material yield, energy consumption reductions, and absolute precision during the drawing and filling stages.
Our commitment to technical distinction, production dependability, and long-term client value.
We use advanced manufacturing equipment and core manufacturing equipment is imported directly from Europe. This guarantees high precision tolerances and stability during mechanical operations.
We have provided hundreds of machines or lines in the global market. Our configurations undergo continuous testing and dynamic iterations to ensure longevity under continuous high-load states.
Our in-house engineering and service department provides pre-sales design integration, on-site commissioning, operator safety training, and responsive technical help to keep production runs seamless.
We continuously consult with our clients on usability and efficiency metrics, adapting our machine configurations to support customized demands and sharing long-term production knowledge.
As automated robotic welding stations demand increasingly consistent wire chemical compositions, physical profile parameters, and surface lubrication quality, the machinery generating these consumables must evolve. Here is how Orient Pengsheng addresses these technical challenges.
The manufacturing process begins with low-carbon steel strips. Dynamic tension slitting systems isolate the master coil into strips with minimal edge burr configurations. In order to avoid seam contamination during welding, the strip passes through multi-zone ultrasonic cleaning blocks, using a combination of cavitation bubbles and chemical agents to strip surface lubricants and mill oils.
The cleaned strip enters the forming mill where it is shaped into a U-profile. During this sequence, a precision volumetric micro-powder feeder meters the flux powder. Using real-time monitoring sensors, the system controls the filling factor (powder-to-metal ratio) to keep deviation within tight tolerances, which prevents arc instability during later field use.
The folded tube is closed via seam tooling (butt or overlap configuration) and enters straight-line drawing blocks. Employing advanced drawing cassettes and dies, the wire undergoes gradual cross-sectional reduction. This compaction increases density, aligns internal structure, and work-hardens the wire without causing surface defects.
Tailored production setups for key heavy manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.
High-speed automated robotic welding requires wire with consistent feed properties and no twist. Our high-precision rewinding machines and rolling cassettes ensure low-friction wire profiles suitable for automated automotive production lines.
Primary Machine: Layer RewindersHeavy structures require reliable flux-cored wire to support vertical and overhead welding runs. Our integrated powder mixing and forming machine configurations deliver uniform flux distribution to meet stringent classification society standards.
Primary Machine: FCW Forming LinesHigh-output civil infrastructure projects demand high-volume welding wire delivery. Our drum packaging machines pack bulk wire packages to minimize change-over downtime in heavy welding shops.
Primary Machine: Drum Packaging SystemsOrient Pengsheng combines local supply chain agility with advanced mechanical designs to offer cost-competitive, reliable equipment.
Critical sub-assemblies, electronic components, and drawing controls are sourced from major global suppliers or built to European standards to ensure reliable long-term operations.
By engineering complete lines—from slitting to final packaging—we ensure that every speed, tension, and feeding variable matches throughout the production cycle.
Every machine is assembled and run under load at our factory prior to shipping. This testing phase validates sensor responses, controls, and safety protocols before shipping to our customers.
