Can you supply the relevant documentation?

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept a standard B2B transaction framework: a 30% deposit in advance by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) to launch engineering and assembly, and the remaining 70% balance via irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or TT against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
What is the product warranty?
Our guarantee period is 12 months from the date of machine start-up at your facility. The guarantee does not cover defects and failures caused by improper handling by the buyer, nor does it cover standard consumption goods and vulnerable wear parts (such as drawing dies, cassettes, and cutting blades).
