Precision slitting systems that divide wide low-carbon steel coils into narrow, uniform bands of equal width. The slitting machine can divide the big width strip into Max.15 pcs of same small width strip, which guarantees absolute edge consistency for the downstream forming process.
To produce high-quality flux-cored welding wire, it is necessary to have a cleaning process for inline steel strip before forming. Residual oils, rust, or lubricants are removed via multi-chamber high-frequency ultrasonic baths, ensuring maximum flux powder adhesion and zero weld defects.
Our industrial powder preparation suite features specialized powder mixing machines, mesh vibration units, and thermal heating ovens. Before producing the flux-cored welding wire, the customer needs to prepare the fluxes and mix these powders according to formula requirements.
