Our prices are subject to requirements of product and other market factors. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of product; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required. For shipments to the United States and the European Union, all electrical control boxes can be provided with international compliance labels, and standard mechanical safety guards are built-in.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept a 30% deposit in advance by TT, with the remaining 70% balance payable by irrevocable L/C at sight, or by TT against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Alternate trade credit configurations can be discussed through our export finance department on a case-by-case basis.
What is the product warranty?
Our guarantee period is 12 months from machine start-up. The guarantee does not cover defects and failures caused by improper buyer installation, operating errors, or standard wear on consumable parts and high-wear components (such as drawing cassettes, forming dies, and welding tips).
